(54) PLASTIC PIPE GRID OF A SECTIONAL HEAT EXCHANGER
The invention goes to heat engineering and can be used in heat exchangers. Tubular grids of heat exchangers with holes for pipes made of thermoplastic materials, such as polytetrafluoroethylene, are known, which have annular recesses and are sealed in the casing with packing gland packing of chemically resistant materials 1. The aim of the invention is to increase the durability and tightness of the tube sheet. This is achieved by the fact that the grid is made of polylaurinlactam and has a sealing ring on the periphery of the end surfaces; According to the pteri, the lattice has an annular collar with a conical sealing surface and a bar in the central part. FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of a tubular sectional heat exchanger with two tube grids in FIG. 2, section A-D in FIG. 1, is a top view of the grid. Pipe grids 1 and 2 are made of polyplaurinlactam.
